ALBAY BLUE LANE ECO NAUTICAL TOURISM PORTAL

Interest in Eco-tourism has been growing rapidly over the past decades not only in the Philippines but globally. Albay open its pristine marine destinations  last summer of 2013 which focused on the promotion of San Miguel Island, Cagraray and other neighboring islands as well and in support to the Albay Blue Lane(Econautical) Tourism Program of the Provincial Government of Albay headed by Gov. Joey S. Salceda.

 

Albay Eco-Nautical tours became popular and tourists from different parts of the world came to experience Albay’s first and original island hopping experience.  National media like ABS-CBN’s Matanglawin and GMA’s Pop Talk, Ang Pinaka, Let's Fiesta featured Love Boat tours on one of their segments and Cosmopolitan Magazine March 2013 issue as well.

 

Island hopping tours in Albay offers different tour packages to suit different kinds of tourists from the mainstream to the adventurous clients. Activities like camping, snorkeling, trekking, spelunking and diving are included for the adventurous type.  It includes different island destinations of San Miguel, Cagraray, Batan and Rapu-rapu islands, employs local manpower and involves community participation for its operation.
